"SIECUS, the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States, and the Healthy Teens Campaign of Florida have just released a report [2]investigating where and how the millions in federal funding for abstinence education in Florida is spent each year. Too much of this money, the report finds, is used to fund programs that use medically inaccurate scare tactics to teach abstinence in Florida's public schools.
